Arandis Town Council has embarked on a new Five-Year Strategy in order to promote the sustainable development of Arandis in accordance with best practice development approaches and initiatives and to allow the private sector to participate.
During 2012, the Council granted consent for the development of a Hotel in Arandis, situated on Erf 2325, Extension 5. The development could, however, not be finalized and the Council is now seeking for proposals from interested investors to engage Council in taking over the project.
Property Developers, investment companies/ Groups and individuals are herewith invited to submit offers to purchase the hotel development project. Completion of this project will assist the Town Council in achieving its goals in offering much needed overnight accommodation for developers, investors and tourists traveling to the coast and mines in the area.
The upset price for this offering is N$ 1 500 000. 00 (One Million Five Hundred Thousand Namibian Dollars)
