The 2013 2nd Arandis Investment Conference and Mining, Mineral and Energy Expo currently taking place at the NIMT facilities in Arandis. The event will run until 27 April 2013 ending with a big music bash of local artists and the Namibian diva, Tequila. A number of prominent speakers are leading the conference discussions.The Investment Conference provides the ideal platform to explore development and investment opportuinities in Arandis through two days of information sharing and dialogue with industry specialists on the topics of education, industrialisation and tourism. The conference is hosted under the patronage of the Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Hon. Tjekero Tweya. Some discussion points include National Investment Opportunities, The Importance of Vocational Training. Mining Tourism Opportunities, Funding Opportunities for Tourism Projects. Some prominent speakers include Tom Alweendo, Ezio Vernetti, Martin Inkumbi, Job Tjiho, Lukas Nanyemba, Digu //Noabeb, Rudi Saunderson and Frans Kapofi.
